Michael Barnett
Executive Vice President, Institutional
Michael Barnett is Executive Vice President at Fidelity Canada Institutional. In this role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s institutional business. He is a member of Fidelity Canada’s Senior Executive team.
Mr. Barnett joined Fidelity in 1999 and has over 30 years’ industry experience, having held numerous senior leadership roles within Fidelity Investments. Mr. Barnett first became head of Fidelity Canada’s Institutional business in 2006, relocating to the U.S. as head of North American sales in 2010, before returning to Canada as head of Fidelity Canada Institutional in 2012.
Mr. Barnett joined Fidelity in 1999 and has over 30 years’ industry experience, having held numerous senior leadership roles within Fidelity Investments. Mr. Barnett first became head of Fidelity Canada’s Institutional business in 2006, relocating to the U.S. as head of North American sales in 2010, before returning to Canada as head of Fidelity Canada Institutional in 2012.
Rajan Burney
Vice President, Institutional Client Management
Rajan Burney is Vice President, Institutional Client Management, at Fidelity Canada Institutional. In this role, he leads the Canadian team responsible for the investment servicing primarily of Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, endowment, foundation and taxable corporate asset clients, as well as banks and insurance companies.
Mr. Burney joined Fidelity as a Senior Fund Analyst in 1999. In this role, he was responsible for communicating the Fidelity investment story to plan sponsors, conducting fund analysis and managing the FundsNet program of external managers and funds. Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Burney was an analyst with SEI Investments’ asset consulting practice in Toronto, where he was responsible for the analysis of pension, endowment and foundation assets of plan sponsors and portfolios managed primarily by institutional investment managers.

Vincent Yu is Director, Institutional Client Management, at Fidelity Canada Institutional. In this role, he is responsible for the investment servicing of defined benefit, defined contribution, endowment, foundation and taxable corporate asset accounts.

Rod Jamgotchian
Director, Institutional Client Management
Rod Jamgotchian is Director, Institutional Client Management, at Fidelity Canada Institutional. Vanessa Yankey is Institutional Services Manager at Fidelity Canada Institutional. Tracey Wong
Vice President, Sales and Consultant Relations
Tracey Wong serves as the Vice President of Sales and Consultant Relations at Fidelity Canada Institutional. In this role, she leads a team dedicated to fostering and expanding relationships with plan sponsors, institutional investment consultants and outsourced CIO providers in Canada. Tracey also oversees the RFP and database team, positioning Fidelity’s products and capabilities within the Canadian institutional marketplace.
Bringing over 25 years of institutional investment expertise, Tracey has held diverse leadership roles within Fidelity since 2006. Notably, she chaired the Women at Work committee and was an active member of Fidelity's ESG Corporate Sustainability and Investments committees.
Tracey holds a BSc from Carleton University and an MBA from Warwick University. Beyond her professional endeavours, she contributes as the Chair of the Board for the Bayview Glen School and serves as the Chair of the Policy and Risk Committee at the same institution.
Bringing over 25 years of institutional investment expertise, Tracey has held diverse leadership roles within Fidelity since 2006. Notably, she chaired the Women at Work committee and was an active member of Fidelity's ESG Corporate Sustainability and Investments committees.
Tracey holds a BSc from Carleton University and an MBA from Warwick University. Beyond her professional endeavours, she contributes as the Chair of the Board for the Bayview Glen School and serves as the Chair of the Policy and Risk Committee at the same institution.
Stephanie Mariamo
Vice President, Institutional Business Development
Stephanie Mariamo is Vice President, Institutional Business Development, at Fidelity Canada Institutional. In this role, she is responsible for leading Defined Contribution (DC) business development efforts, focusing on Capital Accumulation Plans and working with consultants across Canada.
Ms. Mariamo joined Fidelity in August 2024 and has over 16 years of industry experience. Before taking her current role, Ms. Mariamo served as a senior DC consultant at Mercer and is distinguished as a strategic thought leader due to her technical expertise, deep industry knowledge and strong relationship-building skills. Her extensive experience in pension management began with her role as an actuarial consultant for defined benefit pension plans before joining Mercer in 2015.
Ms. Mariamo joined Fidelity in August 2024 and has over 16 years of industry experience. Catherine Dimitriadis is Vice President, Institutional Sales at Fidelity Canada Institutional. In this role, she is responsible for institutional management sales focusing on the defined benefit, defined contribution, endowment and foundation marketplace in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario.
Ms. Dimitriadis joined Fidelity in January 2017, and has extensive experience in institutional equity sales, having developed and maintained client relationships with leading financial institutions in Canada in her previous role.

Philippe Potvin
Vice President, Institutional Sales, Quebec, Eastern Canada and Ottawa
Philippe Potvin is Vice President, Institutional Sales, at Fidelity Canada Institutional™. In this role, he is responsible for institutional investment management sales focusing on the defined benefit, foundation and endowment marketplace in Quebec, Eastern Canada and Ottawa.
Hailing from the village of Saint-Sauveur in the heart of the Laurentians, Mr. Potvin joined Fidelity in 2008 in advisor sales, as a business development manager in the Toronto office, initially covering the downtown Toronto core, and then the Quebec region. In 2010 he moved to Edmonton as District Vice President, where he successfully serviced and grew Fidelity’s market share in Northern Alberta. During this time, Mr. Potvin also partnered with the institutional team, developing opportunities through his advisor contacts that led to new institutional relationships. As a multiple Awards of Distinction winner, he has been a strong leader on the Western Canada team.

David Shedd is Vice President, Institutional Sales, at Fidelity Canada Institutional. Director, Consultant Relations
Enlai Lim is Director, Consultant Relations, at Fidelity Canada Institutional. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining relationships with the pension consultant community in Ontario and Western Canada, communicating Fidelity’s asset management capabilities and partnering with consultants to help provide solutions for their clients.

Jeffrey Peyer

Jeffrey Peyer is Director, Consultant Relations, at Fidelity Canada Institutional. He also holds the Fellow of CSI (FCSI) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute and the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential from SASB.

Kika Boujnane is the Manager of Client Transitions at Fidelity Canada Institutional. In this role, she is responsible for leading and overseeing client transitions and cash flows for Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution pension, endowment, foundation and corporate clients, as well as banks and insurance companies.

Director, Institutional Sales Enablement
Laïta Le Maguer is Director, Institutional Sales Enablement. Reporting to the EVP, Institutional, Laïta is responsible for the execution of strategic projects, initiatives and business and technical solutions in support of the Institutional Sales plan. A strong team player with the ability to successfully lead multiple and discrete deliverables, Laïta works closely with key partners of the Institutional Sales team to identify opportunities and drive business decisions.
Ms. Le Maguer has over 20 years’ industry experience and an extensive understanding of the Institutional market in Canada. Before taking her current role, she led the Institutional Marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategy to drive awareness of Fidelity’s institutional investment capabilities, and delivering targeted sales, client and consultant relations support.
