Jason Jagatic is head of Global and Workplace Thought Leadership for Fidelity Investments. He and his team develop data-driven insights to provide unique views on employee benefit, customer inclusion, and defined contribution trends and topics, for the U.S. and global markets. They distill quantitative and qualitative data to help plan sponsors and participants make more informed decisions to drive overall financial well-being.

Mr. Jagatic joined Fidelity in July 2006 and has held numerous management roles in Fidelity’s retail and workplace businesses. Prior to Fidelity, Mr. Jagatic worked for American Express in major strategy and product development roles.

Mr. Jagatic received his Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honors, from the University of Windsor and his MBA from Cornell University. He is Certified Financial Planner™ who holds his Series 7 & 24 licenses.
