Neil Cable Head of European Real Estate
Neil Cable is Head of European Real Estate at Fidelity International. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, including overseeing the investment process, chairing the Investment Committee and directing business strategy.

Mr. Cable joined Fidelity in 2006 and has 27 years of experience in U.K. and European real estate investment. He has held senior roles in both fund management and research in some of the industry’s most respected institutions.

Keith Sutton is Director of European Real Estate at Fidelity International. In this role, he is responsible for Fidelity International's fund strategy and performance, overseeing purchases, asset management and sales.

Mr. Sutton joined Fidelity in 2007 and has 27 years experience in European real estate investment. He has extensive portfolio management experience covering investment strategy, hands-on asset management, refurbishment and development.

Alison Puhar Director of U.K. Real Estate
Alison Puhar is Director of U.K. Real Estate and a portfolio manager at Fidelity International. In this role, she has responsibility for Fidelity International's U.K. fund strategy and performance, overseeing purchases, asset management and sales.

Ms. Puhar joined Fidelity in 2007 and has 23 years of experience in U.K. real estate investment. She brings her extensive experience of portfolio management and investment transactions in the U.K. market to the team.

Adrian Benedict Investment Director, Real Estate
Adrian Benedict is an Investment Director for U.K. and European real estate at Fidelity International. In this role, he is responsible for capital markets, fund structuring and new offerings.
 
Mr. Benedict joined Fidelity International in 2008 and has 19 years’ experience in real estate finance with extensive experience of advising on and structuring real estate solutions having previously worked at Invista Real Estate, KPMG and UBS Investment Bank.
