David Tulk is a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments. In this role, he manages a number of Canadian asset allocation strategies. Prior to this role, he was an institutional portfolio manager where he was a key contributor to thought leadership and served as a key conduit of client objectives, requirements and marketplace insight.
Mr. Tulk joined Fidelity in 2016. Before joining Fidelity, he was chief Canada macro strategist and head of global macro strategy for TD Securities. Before that, he was an assistant portfolio manager for the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and an economist for both TD Bank and the Bank of Canada. He has been in the investments industry since 2004.

David Wolf is a portfolio manager in the Global Asset Allocation group at Fidelity Investments. In this role, he serves as portfolio co-manager for a number of multi-asset class strategies for Canadian investors.
Mr. Wolf joined Fidelity in 2013. Before joining Fidelity, he served as Adviser to the Governor of the Bank of Canada and as secretary to the Governing Council of the Bank of Canada, where he oversaw analysis supporting the monetary policy decision process and represented Canada’s central bank on numerous international bodies. Previously, Mr. Wolf was head of Canadian economics and chief strategist at Merrill Lynch, and held progressively senior research positions at RBC Capital Markets in Canada and the U.K. He began working in the investments industry in 1997.

Ilan Kolet is an Institutional Portfolio Manager in the Global Asset Allocation (GAA) group at Fidelity Investments. In this role, Ilan serves as a member of the investment management team, maintaining a deep knowledge of portfolio philosophy, process and construction. He assists portfolio managers and their CIOs in ensuring that portfolios are managed in accordance with client expectations and contributes to investment thought leadership in support of the team. Ilan’s focus is Canadian asset allocation strategies.
Before assuming this role in January 2021, Ilan was the Head of Inflation and Commodities Research in the Global Asset Allocation (GAA) group at Fidelity Investments.
Before joining Fidelity in 2014, Ilan was an editor at Bloomberg News, where he contributed to coverage of the Canadian and U.S. economies. Previously, Ilan worked at the Bank of Canada as an economist covering the U.S. economy and commodity prices.

Bruno Weinberg Crocco is a portfolio manager in the Global Asset Allocation (GAA) group at Fidelity Investments. In this role, Mr. Crocco co-manages Fidelity Canada’s ClearPath retirement portfolios.
Prior to assuming his current position in February 2019, Mr. Crocco was responsible for providing research support to the portfolio managers of Global Institutional Solutions (GIS) and U.S. and Canada Retail Solutions Groups. Additionally, Mr. Crocco was responsible for researching active asset allocation investment signals and disseminating his findings across GAA. Previously, Mr. Crocco was a manager in the Financial Markets Group where he was responsible for monitoring global financial markets for trends and risks that might impact Fidelity’s mutual funds and businesses.
He has been in the investments industry since joining Fidelity in 2010.
